Position: Sales Executive (LSF Department)

  • Location: Doranda, Ranchi, Jharkhand
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: ₹8,224.79 – ₹24,876.52 per month
  • Expected Start Date: 20/02/2025

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive in the LSF Department at Bajaj Finance, your role will involve:

  1. Loan Sourcing: Identifying and sourcing potential customers who require loan facilities. You will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into customers for the company’s loan products.

  2. Sales Activities: Actively engaging in cold calling, outreach, and other sales activities to achieve monthly targets. You will work with a set of pre-qualified leads and build rapport with customers to offer them suitable financial solutions.

  3. Customer Relationship Management: Developing long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering them the best financing solutions available. Ensuring customer satisfaction is a key part of your responsibilities.

  4. Market Research and Reporting: Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and market trends. You will report sales performance, customer feedback, and insights to the management team.

  5. Sales Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the company. You will be expected to drive your performance through proactive efforts and consistent follow-ups with clients.

  6. Documentation and Compliance: Ensuring all necessary documentation for loan processing is accurate and up-to-date. You will be responsible for adhering to the company’s policies and guidelines while processing loans.

  7. Product Knowledge: Staying updated on the latest loan products and offerings from Bajaj Finance to effectively communicate and sell to potential clients.

Key Requirements

To be eligible for this role, the candidate must meet the following criteria:

  • Two-Wheeler Required: Since the job requires traveling and meeting clients, candidates must own a two-wheeler bike for mobility.

  • Local Candidate Preferred: Preference will be given to candidates who are residents of Ranchi, Jharkhand, as it will be easier for them to familiarize themselves with the local market and meet customers.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling and sales is required.
    • Previous experience as a Sales Representative is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is preferred, as it is the language of communication within the company and for client interactions.

  • Strong Communication Skills: You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively pitch financial products to potential clients and build lasting relationships.

  • Target-Oriented: A self-driven individual who is motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.

  • Salary: The monthly salary for this role ranges from ₹8,224.79 to ₹24,876.52 depending on your experience and performance.
