Overview of the Role: Instakart Services Pvt Ltd, in collaboration with Flipkart, is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Recruiter to join our team. The role primarily involves recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding delivery executives, along with other related field activities. You will be working closely with our HR team to ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes for delivery executives in various locations across Kerala. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Sourcing:
The core responsibility of this role will be identifying, sourcing, and recruiting delivery executives for Flipkart in specified regions. You will be tasked with screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing their suitability for the delivery executive position. -
Onboarding:
As a recruiter, you will be responsible for facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. This includes preparing offer letters, completing the necessary documentation, and introducing new employees to the company culture and their job responsibilities. -
Field Activities:
In addition to recruitment activities, you will participate in field activities to help promote the recruitment drive. This may include organizing recruitment drives in local communities, ensuring that potential candidates are aware of the opportunities available with Flipkart, and assisting with job fairs or other outreach programs. -
Collaborating with Regional HR Teams:
You will work closely with the regional HR team to maintain and manage recruitment pipelines. Collaborating effectively ensures that the recruitment process is seamless, and targets are met. -
Ensuring Compliance and Documentation:
It will be your responsibility to ensure that all recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and legal requirements. Maintaining accurate records and documentation for every stage of the recruitment and onboarding process is a must. -
Reporting and Metrics:
You will track and report recruitment progress, success rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to management. Regular reporting will help ensure that goals are being met and any challenges are identified early on.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Eligibility: Any Graduate (preferred)
- Experience: At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in recruitment, HR, or a similar field
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, as you will be liaising with candidates, team members, and other departments
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and provide effective solutions quickly and efficiently
- Fieldwork Readiness: Comfortable with field activities, including organizing local recruitment events and interacting with candidates in person
Salary and Benefits:

- Commute/Relocation: Candidates should be willing to reliably commute or relocate to these locations. If necessary, an employer-provided relocation package may be available for qualified candidates.
- Preferred Location: Kochi, Kerala (Candidates who can commute to this location will be given preference.)
