Key Responsibilities

1. Acquisition & Business Development

  • Drive new-to-bank (NTB) customer acquisition through open market lead generation and closure.
  • Identify and acquire high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) for Premium Banking through referrals and direct sourcing.
  • Assist in conducting local sales drives and micro-events to promote Advantage Banking services.
  • Develop a pipeline of potential clients and actively convert leads into new bank accounts.
  • Ensure seamless customer onboarding and smooth transition to the branch banking team for long-term relationship management.

2. Relationship Building & Cross-Selling

  • Ensure the consistent growth of the Premium Banking portfolio through relationship deepening strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Advantage Banking team to penetrate investment and insurance sales for new customers.
  • Promote third-party financial products such as insurance, auto loans, and mortgages to enhance fee income.
  • Execute customer engagement programs to increase their share of wallet within the bank.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) to ensure smooth customer transition post-acquisition.

3. Client Retention & Service Excellence

  • Deliver top-class service to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor high-net-worth accounts to ensure consistent transaction activity and balance growth.
  • Reactivate dormant accounts and work towards improving client engagement.Sales Manager

4. Risk Management & Compliance

  • Ensure full adherence to banking policies, including:
    • Know Your Customer (KYC)
    • Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
    • Mis-selling Policy

    • Operational Risk and Code of Conduct
  • Monitor and report any suspicious transactions to the Senior Sales Manager (SSM).
  • Keep track of changing customer needs and provide feedback to the management team.
