Required Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in structural design and construction, with a proven track record of successfully completing commercial building projects.
- A Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech) in Civil Engineering is required, and additional certifications in structural engineering or related fields are highly desirable.
- A thorough understanding of construction materials, methods, and best practices.
- Experience in quantity estimation, tender preparation, and cost analysis.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant structural design software.
Salary and Benefits
DMart offers a competitive salary package for this role, with the salary range between ₹9,00,000 to ₹14,00,000 per annum, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
