Job Role: Crew Member

As a Crew Member at McDonald’s, you will be an essential part of the restaurant team, ensuring that customers enjoy a great experience every time they visit. Your responsibilities will include interacting with customers, preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and working efficiently with fellow team members.

Job Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to ensure they have a pleasant experience, take orders efficiently, and assist with any inquiries.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and assemble McDonald’s famous menu items while maintaining hygiene and quality standards.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other crew members and managers to meet daily operational goals while fostering a fun and supportive work environment.
• Restaurant Maintenance: Keep the restaurant clean and organized by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces as required.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Work effectively in a dynamic and high-energy atmosphere while ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Should have completed 12th grade (Higher Secondary education).
• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Salary and Work Hours

• Salary is based on hourly wages (maximum of 208 hours per month).
• Any work above 208 hours will be considered overtime (OT) and paid additionally.
• The salary per hour varies from state to state, in compliance with local labor laws.

Leave and Holidays

• Leave policies and holidays will be provided as per the State Shop & Establishment Act regulations.

Hiring Process

1. Interview Round – An initial interview with the Restaurant Manager.
2. On-Job Evaluation (OJE) – A practical assessment to determine suitability for the role.
3. Final Selection – If found fit during OJE, the candidate will be hired.
