International Voice Process Executive Tech Mahindra to handle customer interactions in an international business environment. As an International Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support by handling inbound and outbound calls. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers in a professional manner.
• Issue Resolution: Assist customers by addressing their concerns and providing effective solutions.
• Quality Standards: Maintain high-quality service levels while handling calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed individual performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
• Collaboration: Work with a team to ensure seamless customer service and contribute to the overall success of the department.
• Adherence to Policies: Follow company guidelines and processes to deliver a high standard of customer service.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO Voice Process is required.
• Freshers are NOT eligible for this role.
• Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
• Work Flexibility: Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
• Industry Background: Experience in Domestic BPO or US Staffing/Recruitment is NOT considered relevant for this role.

Salary Details

• Pay Scale: ₹26,765 – ₹34,895 per month
• Compensation is based on experience and performance during the selection process.

Work Location

• This is an in-office position, and the workplace is located at Hitech City, Hyderabad.

Work Schedule

• Rotational Shifts: Employees must be flexible to work in different shifts as per business requirements.
• 5-Day Work Week: Employees will get two rotational week-offs.
