Role Overview
As a Client Development Specialist, you’ll be part of the Scaled Business Success (SBS) team, working directly with clients to help them maximize their hiring potential using Indeed’s tools and services. You’ll play a vital role in supporting small to mid-sized businesses by optimizing product use, driving client engagement, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Your contributions will help shape the future of hiring by making it easier, faster, and more effective for employers to connect with the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to existing clients to ensure they are optimizing their current Indeed products.
• Recommend additional products and services that align with client goals, demonstrating clear return on investment.
• Meet quarterly targets for revenue growth and client conversion rates.
• Deliver excellent client experiences that build trust and encourage long-term partnerships.
• Ensure client accounts are fully optimized, with high feature adoption and sustained engagement.
• Maintain productivity and performance metrics as set by the team.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client success from onboarding to ongoing support.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or client service, preferably with proven influencing or closing skills.
• Background in online advertising, pay-per-click (PPC), search engine marketing (SEM), recruitment advertising, or staffing is a strong advantage.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills — you should be a great listener and clear communicator.
• Comfortable with high-volume environments and making multiple outbound calls per day.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Passion for educating clients and helping them understand how to best use Indeed’s offerings.

Compensation & Transparency

• Hourly Rate: $27.94 – $35.00 (based on location, experience, and performance)
• In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and other performance-based incentives.
