Operations Analysis Specialist About:
As an Operations Analysis Specialist at OSTTRA, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate client profile configurations, diagnosing and resolving any issues that arise, and providing detailed analysis to clients. The role involves working closely with internal teams, including Product Management, Client Account Management, Business Development, and IT, to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and effective product delivery. The role will also involve troubleshooting, system enhancements, and testing for client configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Profile Configuration: Ensure that static data and client profile configurations are accurately processed daily, meeting the targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Query Management: Monitor client query queues, resolve exceptions or errors, and collaborate with internal teams for effective resolutions.
- Client Communication: Respond to client requests with thorough analysis, feedback, and assistance regarding any product-related queries.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and process improvements.Operations Analysis Specialist
- Reports and Documentation: Process and deliver reports such as user lists and trade reports as per client requests.
- Client Education: Participate in both internal and external training sessions. Help educate clients on upcoming product changes and process enhancements.
- Onboarding and Permissions: Assist in setting up trading permissions, registering Master Confirmation Agreements (MCAs), and onboarding new participants on MarkitSERV platforms.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Perform testing for client configurations and provide troubleshooting support in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and pre-production environments, ensuring that setups are mirrored in the production environment.

Education & Experience:
- A university degree is preferred, although candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Knowledge of OTC derivative products, trade confirmations, and financial markets is highly desirable.
