Genpact is looking for a Management Trainee – Recruitment to join its dynamic team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, helping the organization meet its staffing needs. You will also be actively involved in various stages of the hiring process, from job analysis to onboarding new employees.
As a Management Trainee – Recruitment, you will work closely with the recruitment team to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring that the organization attracts and hires top talent. Key Responsibilities:
- Job and Task Analysis: Perform comprehensive job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives, ensuring that positions are clearly defined.
- Prepare Recruitment Materials: Create effective recruitment materials and post job openings on relevant job boards, newspapers, and educational institutions to attract candidates.
- Source and Recruit Candidates: Use job boards, social media, internal databases, and other sourcing tools to find qualified candidates and encourage applications for open positions.
- Screen Resumes and Job Applications: Review resumes, applications, and job profiles to identify suitable candidates based on the required qualifications.
