Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Accountant in Accounts Receivable, you’ll control essential components of AR operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Your daily obligations will include:
- Invoicing & Credit/Debit Note Management: Generating and dealing with credit/debit notes for AR clients, making sure that transactions align with corporation policies.
- Cash Application & Bank Reconciliation: Verifying and processing day-by-day cash packages. You will take care of assisting documents, evaluate payments obtained in the financial institution, and make sure transactions are successfully applied.
- Agent Sales Performance & Credit Analysis: Conduct overall performance analysis of dealers, monitor credit limits, assess securities supplied, and provide reviews to the group lead.
- Monthly Reconciliation: Prepare and review month-to-month AR reconciliations to ensure that account balances are accurate and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Audit Support: Respond right away to inner and external audit queries, offering targeted and accurate information as asked.
- SOP Documentation: Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documentation, incorporating any adjustments or new processes to preserve the AR characteristic aligned with cutting-edge practices.
- Other Responsibilities: Complete other responsibilities as directed with the aid of the Team Lead, contributing to group initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or a related subject.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an Accounts Receivable position, ideally within an international company.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Knowledge: Experience inside the airline industry is a sturdy benefit, with operating knowledge of IATA, ICH, ICCS, and CASS suggestions.
- ERP Systems: Proficiency in Oracle ERP for handling bills and monetary statistics.
