The Role
As a SalesCloud Developer at Concentrix, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce technology to help deliver impactful solutions that modernize and simplify customer experiences for businesses worldwide. Your contributions will be vital in the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce SalesCloud solutions, ensuring clients achieve their CX transformation goals. Working alongside a team of talented professionals, you will be expected to:SalesCloud Developers
- Develop and configure Salesforce SalesCloud applications with heavy focus on APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and out-of-the-box Salesforce configuration.
- Participate in full Salesforce development life cycles, from designing and building custom solutions to integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST APIs.
- Use your expertise to manage and optimize client-facing applications on Salesforce, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide technical consulting and advisory services to clients.
- Deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in development and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Development & Configuration: You will leverage Salesforce SalesCloud to build tailored solutions, configure modules, and implement custom functionality. Your expertise in APEX and out-of-the-box Salesforce configurations will play a key role in delivering robust applications.
- Integration with External Systems: You will be responsible for integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST APIs, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms and facilitating greater operational efficiency.
- Collaboration & Consultation: As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to define and understand business requirements, providing technical leadership and consulting on Salesforce solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: You will contribute to maintaining and improving the development processes and methodologies. This includes ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability of Salesforce applications.
- Certifications and Learning: Maintain current certifications, with a minimum of Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1). You will be encouraged to continuously learn and grow in the ever-evolving Salesforce ecosystem.
Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of Salesforce Development experience, with a strong focus on Salesforce SalesCloud.
- Advanced knowledge of APEX development, ensuring the creation of efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) development, along with strong knowledge of Salesforce’s front-end technologies.
- Proven ability to work with REST API integrations to connect Salesforce with third-party systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle out-of-the-box Salesforce configurations and customize the platform according to business needs.
- Active Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification or equivalent certification is required. Other Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with an ability to analyze complex situations and deliver practical solutions.
