- Minimum 3 years of revel in in the BPO area.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Process Trainer in BFSI techniques (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Sales).
- Skills Required:
- In-intensity knowledge of BFSI techniques.
- Proven capability to teach teams in sales, finance, and insurance tactics.
- Strong communication and presentation abilties.
- Soft Skills Trainer
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of enjoy in the BPO zone.
- Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal exchange abilties (verbal and written).

Key Responsibilities
- For Process Trainer:
