Job Responsibilities
- Leadership Development
- Facilitate the Strategic Talent Review (STR) manner with HR and commercial enterprise leaders, making sure right comply with-u.S.A.And overall performance monitoring.
- Lead the C-E grade promotion technique, coordinating with leadership for approvals.
- Support the VP360 technique, overseeing analytics, reporting, and leadership dashboards.

- Coordinate Business Priority placing, aligning it with group-wide targets.
- Track and report key strategies, including test-ins, feedback classes, and skills flagging.
- Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in engaging in quarterly business reviews.
- Provide analytics and insights to streamline advertising decisions across exceptional grades.
- Talent Development
- Execute Talent Management Strategy as consistent with Group and Entity hints.
- Offer management development possibilities thru mentoring, coaching, and VP-targeted initiatives.
- Develop a framework to identify, nurture, and music excessive-potential skills.
- Design and put in force Career Mobility Initiatives in collaboration with HRBPs.
- Deploy Coaching and Mentoring applications to beautify worker boom.Talent Manager
- Talent Programs
- Oversee choice for Top Talent Premium Programs and liaise with the University team for nominations.
- Promote participation in Group-led applications like Connected Managers.
- Work with Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) groups to combine inclusive talent strategies.
- Partner with Learning & Development (L&D) to execute entity-particular schooling programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Skills:
