Tech Mahindra is Hiring for Quality Analyst an experienced and highly skilled for their Content Moderation team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Hyderabad, with the primary responsibility of ensuring high-quality standards for videos showcasing products on e-commerce platforms.
Role Overview:
As a Content Moderation Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing videos created by content creators who showcase various products, such as electronics, clothing, watches, furniture, and appliances. These videos are primarily used to promote and sell products on e-commerce platforms, and your role will be essential in ensuring that these products are accurately tagged and linked in video descriptions to facilitate a smooth shopping experience for viewers.
The role demands a meticulous approach to quality monitoring, and you will be expected to ensure that the videos adhere to both the company’s standards and client expectations. Moreover, it will require professionalism in handling potentially sensitive content while ensuring the accuracy of product information. Your ability to perform consistent and effective quality assurance will directly contribute to the overall success of the company’s e-commerce and content moderation operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Quality Monitoring: Your primary responsibility will be to review videos where content creators feature various products. These could include a wide range of items such as watches, clothing, furniture, and appliances. You must ensure that the videos follow the company’s quality guidelines, and all featured products are accurately tagged and linked in the video descriptions.

Tagging and Linking Verification: One of the core tasks of this role is verifying that every product shown in the video is correctly tagged with its corresponding e-commerce link. You will ensure that the product links in the video descriptions direct viewers to the right product pages on e-commerce platforms for seamless purchasing.

Compliance with Standards: You will need to assess each video against a set of predefined standards. These standards may cover various aspects such as product accuracy, video presentation, and appropriate linking. It is important to ensure that all content meets the client’s expectations and complies with industry best practices.

Content Moderation: In addition to the quality checks, you will be required to moderate the content, particularly ensuring that the videos do not contain any inappropriate or sensitive content. This will involve analyzing the video and handling any flagged content with professionalism, ensuring that the material is suitable for public consumption.

Collaboration and Reporting: As part of your role, you will collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and resolution of any issues related to quality assurance. Additionally, you will need to provide regular reports on the quality of the videos reviewed, along with suggestions for improvement where necessary.
Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in quality assurance (QA) within the field of content moderation. Previous experience with video content moderation or e-commerce platforms will be a plus.

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required for this position.

Location: You must be willing to work in the office located in Bahadurpally, Hyderabad.

Working Hours: This role involves working in a rotational shift schedule. You should be comfortable with working flexible hours as part of the rotational shift pattern.

- Proficiency in QA tools and software is essential to this role.
- A good understanding of content creation and moderation for social media platforms will be beneficial.
